“Spark” heater mixer is a simple physical mixer used to mix solid components frictional heat generated during the process is utilized for mixing hence. Known as “Hot Mixing”. Ac induction motor drives the mixer blade by v-belt for efficient power transmission. We can deliver special application mixer as per customer’s requirement.
- Vessel : fabricated from $. $. 304 material fully polish for easy flow of material. Bottom in curve position to maximum discharge of material degassing system on LID is provided with the valve. Vessel is jacketed for control the frictional heat if required.
- Mixing blade : 3-tier or 2-tier mixing blade made from $. $. 304 material and mirror polish for abrasive and wear resistance. Blade design is suitable for self cleaning the vessel and also reduces the batch time.
- Baffle plate : use for proper mixing of material and give bracking partical downward to the mixing blade for particle reduction and homogeneous mixing.
- Safety feature : Limit switch is provided to stop the motor while the top LED is open and motor is sensor operated while material reach the desired temperature the motor is stopped and save the material.
